What is Reiki?

(Pronounced ‘ray-key’)

Reiki stands for ‘Universal life force’. It is an entirely natural method of energy healing. During a reiki treatment the client will lay fully clothed on a therapy couch whilst the therapist channels life force energy through the palms of their hands into the body of the recipient. This therapy is not designed to diagnose health conditions, but rather ‘tops-up’ the life force of the individual being treated, which can support healing on all levels – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
