My Story
Due to having lived experience of Fibromyalgia type symptoms and chronic digestive issues in the past, this provides me with invaluable first-hand experience of these types of conditions and the ways in which alternative therapies can assist.
Several years ago my health hit rock bottom, I was one of those people who had tried every conventional medical treatment to alleviate my chronic health issues, but to no avail. I resorted to paying extortionate prices to see various specialists – still, no improvement. I researched my symptoms extensively, night and day. I decided to undergo food intolerance testing. Little did I know the process of such testing would change my life – for the better!

Kinesiology was the therapy used to establish if I had any food sensitivities. The therapeutic power of Kinesiology completely blew my mind! I was so impressed I immediately knew I had to learn more about it.

I spent the next two years training to become a Kinesiologist. The training completely changed the way I looked at my health and my perception of what it is to be ‘healthy’. The more I learned, the more I passionately believed that so many people out there with chronic health conditions could benefit from Kinesiology.

I qualified with a Distinction in Systematic Kinesiology, coming top of my class in the final exams.

Studying Kinesiology opened a gateway to me exploring and qualifying in several other therapies. All the alternative therapies I have trained in I’ve experienced benefits from for myself, first-hand. I’m the type of person who’s difficult to convince – so for me to say something ‘works’ means the modality has surpassed my rigorous scepticism and methods of testing.

I now use a blend of various alternative therapies to provide each client with a tailor-made treatment plan unique to them.
My aim is to empower people to take control of their health and help them along their healing journey. I’m extremely passionate when it comes to my work and hope to promote the benefits of alternative therapies to help others. My approach is all-natural, holistic, and compassionate, whilst aiming to address the root cause of health issues.
